Processing time

Orders placed by 5pm Pacific Time are processed within 3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping charges for your order are calculated and displayed at checkout and are dependent on weight, destination, carrier, and the service selected.

We currently ship within the United States and US territories.

Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, if tracking is available. You can also find your order status and tracking details by logging in to your customer account and viewing your open orders
